Successfully integrated the admin live support queue functionality into the mobile app, bringing it to parity with the web application. Developed the new AdminLiveSupportScreen which displays the real-time waiting queue, the admin's currently active chat, and the status of other connected agents via Socket.IO events. Added a "Live Support" quick action button to the Admin Dashboard that features a real-time badge indicating the number of waiting customers. Additionally, wired up the navigation flow, allowing admins to seamlessly "Take" a customer from the queue and instantly transition into the chat screen. Finally, resolved an issue in the chat interface to ensure the "End Chat" button correctly displays and functions for admins handling live sessions
