Description Edit 1. Cancellation Flow Testing Tested the end-to-end product cancellation flow in e-commerce. Verified product-level cancellation settings, including enabling and disabling cancellation options. Tested cancellation time limits and order-stage restrictions. Checked customer cancellation requests and staff approval/rejection workflows. Verified whether the correct product quantity is cancelled when a partial cancellation is requested. Checked cancellation status updates in Admin (View Orders) and e-commerce. Identified issues in the cancellation process and documented them for further review and resolution. 2. Cancellation Flow – Issue #11718 Tested the scenarios covered under Issue #11634. Verified the cancellation flow against the expected behavior. Documented the issues identified during testing under Issue #11718 for tracking and follow-up. 3. E-commerce End-to-End Order Placement Flow – Issue #11717 Tested the complete order placement flow, starting from adding products to the cart through successful order placement. Verified cart quantity updates and product details synchronization. Checked coupon and reward application behavior. Verified order details, product quantities, prices, discounts, and currency display. Tested order confirmation emails and checked whether order information was displayed correctly. Verified order status and tracking information after placing an order. Identified issues encountered during testing and documented them under Issue #11717 – E-commerce End-to-End Order Placement Flow Issues.
