Description
1.Product categories list table view different (side corners are not showing)
2.Category Name is not in capitalization
3.Category download file name is not using format file name
4.Createdby is not in capitalization
5.Global delete dialog input taking infinity text make limit to the characters
6.Reframe No Deleted Product categories found properly in the middle of the table if no records found

Before: Customers_EGF_07-17-2026_06_32AM.pdf
After: Customers_PO_07-17-2026_06_32AM.pdf (Name first, Tag second, using the dynamic tag PO).
