Display plan details:

Plan Type
Price
Billing Cycle
Status
Display plan allocations, including:
Users
Storage
API Limits
Credits
Any other configured allocations
Add pagination, search, and filtering if applicable.
Handle loading and empty states.
Show proper error messages for API failures.
