The scope includes testing Create, List, Edit, Delete, and Share Plan functionalities, as well as validating Subscribers, Quotes, Invoices, Email Notifications, System Notifications, and Dashboard integration. Verify UI behavior, business validations, data integrity, error handling, workflow consistency, and overall functionality across all related components.

Description:
Performed end-to-end testing of the Service Subscription module by validating the Create Plan, List Plans, Edit Plan, Share Plan, Customer Subscription workflow, and Automatic Job Creation after subscription. Identified and documented the observed issues in the Zoho tracking sheet.
The complete subscription flow could not be fully validated because the payment status remained in the In Progress state within the sandbox environment, and Stripe integration was unavailable in the local setup. One validation scenario remains pending regarding the expected system behavior when editing, deleting, or deactivating a plan after customer subscription. This scenario will be tested once the functional requirements are confirmed.
Further verification of both the Product Subscription and Service Subscription workflows will be completed after the updated Stripe billing configuration is deployed to the testing environment.
