Description Edit Implement a notification system that alerts customers when their Email and SMS usage is approaching the limits defined by their subscribed plan. The system should encourage customers to purchase a top-up before their limits are exhausted. Requirements 1. Plan Usage Tracking Track Email usage based on the customer's subscribed plan. Track SMS usage based on the customer's subscribed plan. Maintain remaining Email and SMS balance for each company. 2. Notification Thresholds Send notifications when usage reaches configurable thresholds, for example: 80% Used – Warning notification. 90% Used – Critical warning. 100% Used – Limit reached notification. Note: Threshold percentages should be configurable from the system settings. 3. Notification Channels Send notifications through: In-app notification Email notification SMS notification (optional, if enabled) 4. Notification Messages 80% Usage Your Email/SMS usage has reached 80% of your subscribed plan. You are approaching your usage limit. Please purchase additional credits (Top-Up) to avoid service interruption. 90% Usage Your Email/SMS usage has reached 90% of your subscribed plan. Only a small number of credits remain. Please top up your account as soon as possible. 100% Usage Your Email/SMS usage limit has been reached. Additional Email/SMS sending has been disabled. Please purchase a Top-Up or upgrade your subscription plan to continue using the service. 5. Trigger Conditions Check usage after every Email send. Check usage after every SMS send. Send each threshold notification only once until the plan is renewed or additional credits are purchased. 6. Reset Logic Reset notification status when: Subscription plan is renewed. Top-Up credits are added. Company upgrades to a higher plan. 7. Admin Configuration Configure threshold percentages (e.g., 80%, 90%, 100%). Enable/Disable notifications. Customize notification templates. Acceptance Criteria Email and SMS usage is tracked correctly. Notifications are sent at configured thresholds. Duplicate notifications are not sent for the same threshold. Notifications reset after plan renewal or top-up. Customers receive clear instructions to purchase additional credits or upgrade their subscription. Email/SMS sending behavior follows the subscribed plan limits when the limit is reached.
