Description

Create a credential management module.
Support Company-level and Tenant-level configurations.
Store and manage credentials for:
Stripe (Secret Key, Publishable Key, Webhook Secret)
Twilio (SID, Auth Token, Phone Number)
SMTP (Host, Port, Username, Password)
During runtime, automatically use the appropriate credentials depending on whether Company or Tenant mode is configured.

Acceptance Criteria:

APIs for managing credentials.
Secure storage of sensitive data.
Runtime selection of Company or Tenant credentials.
Validation for missing or invalid credentials.
