Description
The Reward Points module is a customer loyalty program that rewards customers for engaging with the business through purchases, referrals, subscriptions, or promotional activities. Reward points encourage repeat purchases, improve customer retention, increase average order value, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Reward points are earned based on configurable business rules and stored in a customer's reward wallet. Customers can later redeem these points during purchases or service payments based on defined redemption policies.

The customer's reward balance must remain synchronized regardless of where transactions occur.
All reward point transactions should be managed through a centralized Reward Ledger service rather than storing only a running balance on the customer record.
