Worked on the Regal Solar Mobile App (React Native) and backend today, covering the following key tasks:
Admin Live Support Queue Screen (Mobile App): Developed and integrated a new AdminLiveSupportScreen in the mobile app, mirroring the web application's SupportQueuePanel. The screen displays the real-time waiting customer queue, the admin's active chat, and connected agents' status using Socket.IO events (ticket_queue_update, agents_online). Added a "Live Support" quick action button with a live badge on the Admin Dashboard showing the count of waiting customers. Admins can now "Take" a customer from the queue and are navigated directly into the chat screen.
End Chat Functionality for Admin (Mobile App): Investigated and fixed the "End Chat" button visibility issue in the TicketChatScreen. Updated the condition logic so the End Chat button now correctly appears for admin agents during active live sessions, matching the web application's behavior where both the waiting and connected states show cancel/end options.
Login Authentication Fix (Backend): Debugged a login failure for the admin account (contact@regalsolarenergy.com). Identified a password hash mismatch in the database and resolved it by re-hashing and updating the stored password, restoring successful login access.
