Today's I focused on several UI enhancements and workflow improvements across the RegalSolar CRM platform. In the Customer Details page, the uploaded documents section was completely restyled from a cluttered table layout into a clean, responsive card grid — each card shows a thumbnail (images) or PDF icon, file name, source stage, and individual download button, along with a "Download All" option at the top. Image thumbnails now also display a persistent eye icon by default for quick preview access.
In the Create/Edit Quotation form, the "Solar Contract" upload field was removed for all roles. The PSEG Bill field now auto-populates from the customer's previously uploaded power bill (if one exists from customer creation), saving re-uploads. This was fixed to correctly look inside the customer's documents list with type: "power bill". The edit quotation page also correctly pre-loads any previously saved PSEG bill.
In the Project Estimation stage, the "Customer Formal Acceptance Received" checkbox was removed. The "Draft Estimation Report" PDF field now auto-populates from the linked quotation's Proposal Document, so the team no longer needs to re-upload the same PDF manually
