1. Subscription Plan Management Migration & Access
Task: Relocate the Company Subscription Plans UI from the restaurant module to the main POS application.

Access Control: Enable access to this feature for the Admin role.

Functionality: Upon logging in, the Admin must be able to create, configure, and manage subscription plans with all necessary details.

2. POS Homepage Integration
Task: Display all active and configured subscription plans directly on the homepage of the POS application.

3. New Company Registration Flow
Task: Add a "Register New Company" option/link on the main Login page.

Functionality: Clicking this link should open a registration form capturing all required fields for a new company signup.

4. Admin Review & Approval Workflow
Step 1 (Notification): Trigger an automated email notification to the Admin whenever a new company submits a registration request.

Step 2 (Admin Panel): The Admin logs into the admin panel to view, review, and approve/reject pending company registrations.

Step 3 (User Notification): Upon Admin approval, trigger an automated Email/SMS notification to the company.

Step 4 (Access): Once notified of approval, the new company can successfully log into their account.
