Description Edit In the Ecommerce production environment, guest users are intermittently facing login issues. Sometimes login fails with an unknown error, and in other cases, the session expires unexpectedly. This issue impacts user experience and may lead to checkout drop-offs. Issues Identified: Guest login occasionally throws errors (need to capture exact error logs) Session expires randomly without user inactivity Possible token/session handling issue May be related to: JWT token expiry misconfiguration Session timeout settings Cookie/localStorage handling Backend auth middleware Timezone/session mismatch
