Description

•⁠ ⁠In projects state on procurement stage selection we need to develop assign inventory, with stock allocating.
•⁠ ⁠⁠and refactor current flow with some changes on customer created consider hims as lead and when followup created consider him as prospect and then when customer accepted quotation he will consider as customer.
•⁠ ⁠update inventory also update stock alerts.

Quick update on the current tasks:

Procurement stage: Assign inventory with stock allocation is in progress.
Customer flow refactor: Updating logic to handle Lead → Prospect → Customer based on follow-ups and quotation acceptance.
Inventory updates: Working on stock updates and alert system improvements.

Overall, around 40% of the work is completed. Will keep you posted on further progress.
