We are implementing an Action History feature to track all activities related to Orders, Preorders, and Custom Design requests.
This functionality will include:
Tracking every action performed on an order, preorder, or custom design
(e.g., created, updated, approved, rejected, payment completed, shipped, etc.)
Recording key details for each action:
Action type
Timestamp (date & time)
Performed by (admin/customer/system)
Status changes
Comments or notes (if any)
Maintaining separate but structured history for:
Orders
Preorders
Custom Design requests
Providing a clear timeline view for better visibility and auditing
Helping support and admin teams easily understand the complete lifecycle of a request
