Verified customer creation without address and validated mandatory contact details.

Test Steps:
1. Open Customer Creation page.
2. Leave Address field empty.
3. Try to create customer without Email and Phone Number.
4. Validate system behavior.
5. Enter either Email or Phone Number and submit.

Expected Result:
System should require at least one contact detail (Email or Phone Number).

Actual Result:
System correctly validates that either Email or Phone Number is mandatory.
