Description

When I open the Deleted Requests page, it displays a white screen. This is the third time I have encountered this issue, and I have also mentioned it in the group. I have attached a screenshot for you to review the steps.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the Requests page.
2. Click on Deleted Requests.
