Description
Quotation:
1.In the Create Quotation page, show the subtotal in every cost summary section.
2.In the Create Quotation page, the Quotation Summary currently shows only the total amount. It should also display Product Total, Tax Total, Subtotal, Total Labour Cost, Transport Cost, Demo Cost, and finally the Grand Total with Discount and Required Deposit.
3.When a discount is applied while creating a quotation, should it be reflected on the Request Details page or not? (Please confirm with the client.)
4.In the Quotation Details page, for every service show the following in order: Product Cost, Service Tax, Labour Cost, Transport Cost, and Demo Cost.
5.In the Quotation Details page, display the calculation in this order: Product Totals, Service Taxes, Subtotal, Labour Cost, Transport Cost, Demo Cost, Service Total Amount, Discount Amount, and then show the value after the discount.
6.In the Quotation PDF View page, display the following fields first: Product Total (PT), Tax Amount, Labour Cost, Demo Cost, Transport Cost, Miscellaneous Cost, and then the Total.
7.In the Quotation List page, when the status is Accepted, it requires clicking the Refresh button to update.
8.In the Quotation List page, the Action History is not showing the WFA – Accepted status.
9.After completing the Invoice and Job, the Request List page shows the status as Invoice Paid, but in the Details page it still shows the option to Go to Create Quotation.
10.In the Quotation PDF page, the amount is displayed incorrectly.
11.In the Quotation Excel page, the amount is displayed incorrectly.
12.In the Quotation Details page, highlight the Total Amount and the Actual Total Amount.
13.I created a quotation and then edited it. After clicking Update and Send Link, the customer email shows the Total Amount as 2567.70, but after editing the Actual Total Amount is 2177.70. Even though no payment was made, the email shows the remaining amount as 2117.70.
14.I paid the full amount, and then while editing the quotation I added a Miscellaneous Cost in the Quotation Summary, but the Required Deposit amount is not editable.
15.When I edit the quotation and click the Update button, the customer automatically receives an email, and in the View Quote Mail page the amount is displayed incorrectly.
