Page Name:
Product Subscription → Subscription List

Module:
Product Subscription → List View

Issue Summary:
Delivery filter and Variant filter are not functioning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Product Subscription list page
2. Apply Delivery filter
3. Apply Variant filter

Actual Result:
Filters are not returning correct filtered results.

Expected Result:
System should filter subscriptions correctly based on Delivery type and Variant selection.
