Issue Summary:
Edit option is not functioning in Delivery Configuration.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Admin
2. Navigate to Product Subscription
3. Open Delivery Configuration
4. Click Edit on any configuration
Actual Result:
Edit action does not open or update configuration.
Expected Result:
Edit option should allow modification and saving of delivery configuration details.
