Issue Summary:
Customer address line is not displaying on the Share Plan page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Product Subscription Plan in Admin
2. Generate Share Plan public URL
3. Open Share Plan page
4. Check customer address section
Actual Result:
Customer address line is not displayed.
Expected Result:
Customer address should be clearly visible on the Share Plan page.
