openPOS Checkout - Zelle confirmation triggering multiple times during split payment

Issue Summary:
Zelle confirmation popup is triggered multiple times when split payment fails and is retried.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open POS screen
2. Add product worth $100
3. Click Checkout
4. Select Split Payment
5. Enter Cash = $30
6. Enter Card = $30
7. Enter Zelle = $40
8. Confirm Zelle payment
9. Simulate Card payment failure
10. Click Process again
Actual Result:
System asks for Zelle confirmation again for updated amount ($70).
This may cause duplicate payment confirmation risk.
Expected Result:
System should not trigger duplicate Zelle confirmation for already confirmed amount.
Only remaining unpaid amount should be processed correctly.
