Description

in create plan page for discount type label we give two options amount or percentage for that add $ or % in label heading or place holder give the discount type .
Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Create Plan page

Observe Discount Type field

Actual Result:
Discount field does not show $ or % indicator.

Expected Result:
Label or placeholder should display correct unit based on discount type.

Impact:
User confusion when entering discount value.
