Steps to Reproduce:

Create plan with subscriber limit

Reach maximum subscriber count

Observe plan visibility and subscription

Actual Result:
Plan is still visible and allows additional subscription beyond limit.

Expected Result:
Plan should be hidden or disabled once subscriber limit is reached.
