Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Create Plan page

Observe Add Product section and other mandatory fields

Actual Result:
Mandatory (*) indicator is missing for Add Product and some required fields.

Expected Result:
All mandatory fields, including Add Product and required inputs, should have a visible mandatory (*) indicator.

Impact:
Users may miss required fields and face errors during plan creation.
