Quote Creation Flow:
Admin creates a quotation based on customer requirements and submits it for approval.

Admin Approval Flow:
Admin reviews and approves the quotation, making it ready to be shared with the customer. Generate and send the message to custoemr.

Customer Approval Flow:
The approved quotation is sent to the customer for confirmation. Once the customer approves, a Stripe payment link is generated.

Payment Pending Handling:
If the customer approves the quote but does not complete the payment, the system automatically resends the Stripe payment link via WhatsApp and email as a reminder until payment is completed.
