Precondition
Pre-order catalog is expired
Customer has previously placed a successful order
Cart still contains items from previous session/order
Steps to Reproduce
Create a pre-order catalog with a valid end date.
Allow customer to add products to cart and complete payment successfully.
Let the catalog expire.
Without clearing the cart, try to place a new pre-order using existing cart items.
Actual Result
Customer is able to place a pre-order even though the catalog is expired.
Cart retains items after successful payment.
Expected Result
Cart should be cleared automatically after successful payment.
Expired catalogs should not allow pre-orders under any scenario.
System should validate catalog expiry before order placement.
