Feature #7184: Updated expense flow with additional features and input fields, and implemented formatting for the expense type flow on both frontend and backend.

Added Paid By and Payment Method filters in Action History, implemented filters on the Expense Type List page, and added Due Date filters in both the backend and frontend.
