Description Edit Environment: Production Module: Sales Page → Sale Details → Download PDF Customer Example: RAM VADRANAM (tested record) *Steps to Reproduce:* Login in production environment. Navigate to Sales Page. Open Sale Details for any invoice. Click Download → Download PDF. Verify the following in the downloaded PDF: Discount display Customer email field Email column headings / labels (when no email is saved) *Actual Result:* Discount value is showing with negative (−) symbol ❌ (ex: −50 or −10.5%) Minus/negative symbol is displayed in PDF though discount is valid, leading to confusion ❌ Customer email field does not show "N/A" when no email exists ❌ When customer email is missing, the PDF: does not display fallback text (N/A) does not show email title/heading properly Headings disappear OR blank value is shown ❌ Verified for customer: RAM VADRANAM, PDF shows all above errors ❌ *Expected Result:* Discount should display without negative/minus symbol ✅ (Examples: 50, 10.5%, ₹200 – without "−") If customer email is not stored, email field must show: Label/Heading: "Email" must always be visible Value: N/A ✅ Fallback display should work for all customers with no email data. Requested Fix (Immediate in Production) Remove negative (−) or minus symbol from discount field in PDF. Ensure Email heading/title should never disappear.
