Description

Setting up Google Workspace for the domain suthratech.net and collecting all required DNS configuration records (verification TXT, MX, SPF, and CNAME).

Accessing AWS Route 53 as an IAM user and ensuring proper permissions for DNS management.

Adding Google Workspace domain verification TXT record in Route 53 for ownership authentication.

Configuring all required Google Workspace DNS entries inside AWS Route 53, including:

MX Records: Entering Google’s mail server priorities and values for Gmail routing.

TXT Records: Adding SPF records to authorize Google as the mail-sending service.

CNAME Records: Adding Google service configuration entries (as provided).

Reviewing and removing any incorrect or pre-existing MX entries to avoid conflicts.

Monitoring DNS propagation status to ensure Google Workspace properly recognizes all records.

Proceeding with Gmail activation once MX records are detected by Google.

Validating formatting requirements within AWS Route 53 (priority values, server values, trailing dots, TTL).
