openAdmin Updates Payment Status
Description
As an admin
I want to update the payment status of a sale once I receive the payment
So that the system reflects the actual payment completion.
Acceptance Criteria
Admin must see a “Update Payment Status” button on the sale page.
A dialog/modal must appear when the admin clicks the button.
The dialog must allow selecting:
Paid
Pending
Failed (optional if required)
After updating to Paid:
Sale status updates to paid
Timestamp of update is recorded
Admin name (updated by) is logged
