Frontend (Quote Page)

Update “Create” → “Create Quote”.

Add close (X) icon in approval dialog header.

Implement navigation to Quotation List with created status.

Frontend (Quotation List Page)

Show Approve and Send Link actions for “Created” quotes.

Wire up existing approve/send link API flows.
