openUser Story: Filter & Summarize Sales by Tax Status

Description
As a Manager/Admin, I want to filter sales by “With Tax / Without Tax / All” and view summarized totals so that I can analyze taxable vs. non-taxable sales separately.
Acceptance Criteria
New Filter Option
A filter control (dropdown or toggle) should allow selection of:
With Tax (sales where Tax($) > 0)
Without Tax (sales where Tax($) = 0 or N/A)
All (default view, shows all sales).
Summary Cards (Above Table)
Show 3 cards:
Total Amount (With Tax) → sum of Amount($) where Tax > 0.
Total Amount (Without Tax) → sum of Amount($) where Tax = 0.
Total Tax Amount → sum of Tax($) across sales with tax.
Table Updates
The table should refresh according to the filter (only sales matching condition shown).
Persistence
The selected filter should remain active until changed by user.
Error Handling
If no sales match the filter, show message: “No sales found for selected filter”.
