As a Customer
I want to receive the revised invoice with clear details of additional usage and updated total cost
So that I understand why the final amount differs from the original quotation.
Acceptance Criteria
Revised invoice is sent via email/notification to the customer.
Invoice includes summary of changes:
Planned vs actual usage.
Additional charges.
Final total payable.
Customer can download/view the revised invoice.
