Create service :

1\. On the service list page, the table displays "Created By/On" in a single column, but on this page, it shows two different columns. After reviewing with TL Madam, the issue has been raised because Sai Sir requested consistency across all pages, which is a valid concern. ---done

2\. There is no action history available. ---done

3\. There is no soft delete feature for storing deleted services. ---done

4\. The number of rows per page is inconsistent with other pages. ---done

5\. Displaying the base price in the table would make it easier to show service costs - this is a suggested feature.

6\. The UI of the service details page is not appealing. I'm uncertain if we will address this, but it is my responsibility to raise the issue. ---done

7\. Please review the validations for the base price; it is taking longer than expected. ---done

8\. In the sidebar of the labor creation page, "labor" is spelled correctly, but on the "Create Service" page, "labor" is spelled differently. While both spellings are correct, we should maintain consistency.

9\. After creating a service, the created by entry on the service list page shows "NA" next to the username. --done
