Bug #3450
openAdd Company Name in Email Sender and Remove “no-reply” Address
100%
Description
All outgoing emails are currently sent from a "no-reply" email address (e.g., no-reply@eventcrux.com) without clearly showing the company name in the sender field. This reduces trust and prevents users from replying if needed.
Expected Result:
The email sender name should clearly display the company name: EventCrux.
The no-reply email address should be replaced with a more user-friendly sender like support@eventcrux.com or info@eventcrux.com.
Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger an email (e.g., registration success, notification).
Check the sender address and name.
Notice that it is shown as no-reply@eventcrux.com and may not include the company name.
Impact:
Reduces email deliverability and trust.
Prevents user replies and support inquiries.
Lacks brand visibility in user inboxes.
Recommended Fix:
Update the sender name to “EventCrux”.
Replace no-reply@eventcrux.com with a valid, monitored email like support@eventcrux.com.
Ensure email headers reflect the updated sender info.
