Description

Implement a validation rule to restrict the maximum number of user registrations for an event to 10,000. This feature should:

Prevent new registrations once the limit is reached.

Display a user-friendly message when the event is full.

Optionally allow admins to update or override the limit.

Ensure the count is checked in real-time to avoid overbooking.
