Order Placement, Warehouse Management, and Return Flow Testing

Tested the following scenarios and identified issues related to warehouse allocation, Admin (View Orders), warehouse stock management, order fulfillment, Picker/Packer/Dropper operations, email notifications, and the product return/replacement flow.

Email Template Enhancements

1. Created a reusable `emailLayout.ejs` partial to maintain a consistent header and footer across email templates.
2. Updated `paymentConfirmation.ejs` to use the reusable email layout.
3. Enhanced the `welcome.ejs` template with a card-based design, a credentials box, and a clean US contact information footer.
4. Updated the signup functions in `user-controller.js` to include complete company information and the login URL in welcome emails.
