Combo & coupon discounts: added backend checks on combo discounts, and stopped the same coupon or combo discount from being applied twice. Corrected the combo checkout data sent from the customer apps and stopped old promos from coming back.
Public offers: expired, deleted and unavailable offers and combos are now hidden, and offer availability refreshes so customers only see offers they can use.
Coupon management & payment links: updated coupon management and payment links in the POS.
Regression checks: added automated checks for combo checkout and saved discounts in the POS.
Cast to TV: added casting menu displays to a Chromecast / Google TV from the POS.
Email service: added the email service on the backend.
