Completed the role-based access restrictions for the Site Worker role by removing access to Your Subscription, Billing & Invoices, and Invoices across the frontend and backend. Updated role permissions, protected routes and API endpoints, and added unit tests for menu access. Also implemented Electrical Service Details in the Site Survey module, including type definitions, state initialization, loading existing survey data, saving progress, submitting survey details, and adding the UI section in the Survey tab
