Description
today i have tested on individual side and raised these issues:
1.On the business side, when I enable donations for event registration, I complete only one registration. However, the donations section shows two payments for that single registration
2.The logo is not displaying in the event registration confirmation email
3.I am using my personal email address, but the email greeting displays "Hi Abhi" instead of my actual name
4.When I log in using an email address different from the registered email, the system does not display any error and allows me to continue with the Organizer role instead of staff
5.The email credits functionality is not working on the individual side. When I try to use it, the system returns a 500 Internal Server Error
6.When I upgrade to a plan that includes 2,000 WhatsApp credits, the Events page still shows' 0' WhatsApp credits
7.On the individual side, when I disable donations for an event, the Donations tab still appears on the dashboard. Additionally, donation payments are displayed for events that the user has not registered for.
8.On the individual side, when I click the Approve Payment button for a Zelle payment, the system displays a "Failed to approve payment" error.
9.After completing a payment, users receive a confirmation email, but the current email template does not look professional and needs UI improvements.
10.On the individual side, the system displays the message "Please check the highlighted fields." However, no fields are highlighted in the contact form
after that i am attending the client meeting related to restaurant pos project
