feat(subscriptions): sync working card defaults, auto-catchup past invoices, and record payment history
- Add payment_received action history logs on successful payments for on-store and off-store cycles
- Extract working payment method from Stripe 2025 API structure and sync to customer & subscription defaults
- Auto-collect past unpaid/retrying invoices sequentially using the validated working card
- Handle applied balance separation to settle existing unpaid invoices without distorting billing cycles
- Automatically reactivate contract and unfreeze OnHold service visits once all invoice dues are cleared
