I worked on developing the Employee Tracker project using a reverse-engineering approach. I analyzed the reference application’s interface and workflows to understand its functionality, then used those observations to guide the implementation with a React frontend and Django backend. The project includes employee and manager dashboards, role-based access, project assignments, time tracking, activity reporting, and live updates, with employee consent and privacy controls built into activity collection.
