Updated the ability to pause orders across connected ordering channels. Added customer notices when the restaurant is not accepting orders. Changed the basket and checkout to follow the ordering status. Worked on showing menus on several televisions. Updated the restaurant app, Sunmi printing, and cash drawer behaviour.
