Description Edit Purpose: Establish distinct data structures for free trials so the system can differentiate between a full paying subscriber and a trialing subscriber. Plan Trial Limits Configuration: Currently, subscription plans only have a single set of resource limits designed for paying customers. We need to introduce a dedicated trialLimits structure to each plan in the catalog (specifying max users, max stores, monthly SMS, monthly emails, and storage allowed specifically during the trial). Hard Cap Enforcement Flag: Add a configuration setting to ensure that overages are prohibited during the trial period (allowTrialOverages: false). This guarantees that a trialing user cannot incur unexpected financial charges on an unbilled account. Tenant Billing Subdocument Extension: Ensure that when a company record is created or updated, its billing subdocument retains the trial's exact expiration timestamp, whether the tenant is currently in a trial state, and the active trial limits snapshot.
