Description
Includes implementing return destination selection, coordinating notifications between the original dispatch warehouse and the receiving warehouse, tracking inbound return parcels, recording item receipt and quality inspection (QC), handling approval or rejection, and authorizing replacement dispatch only after the required checks are completed. I will also ensure that the customer, admin, and warehouse dashboards remain synchronized with the latest return and replacement statuses throughout the process.
