Description

  • Dashboard Sales Return Card: Added an expandable Sales Return metric card on the dashboard with a breakdown for POS returns and Service Subscription refunds, auto-refreshing on transactions.
  • Refund Subscriptions in Scroll Ticker: Included deferred refund subscriptions (-$XX.XX) in the top marquee ticker with direct one-click settlement resolution.
  • Immediate Cancellation & Refund Resolution: Defaulted positive balance cancellations to refund processing and prevented incorrect invoice creation for customers owed money.
  • Customer Refund Email Dispatch: Automated sending a branded, itemized refund receipt email to the customer the moment an immediate refund is processed.
  • Dynamic Toast Notification: Updated cancellation toasts to explicitly notify admins when a refund has been processed ("Customer refund ($XX.XX) has been processed...") or deferred ("Customer refund ($XX.XX) is pending and can be processed later.").
