Modifications & Enhancements:
Dynamic Domestic Shipping for India: Removed hardcoded zero/free shipping rules for country code IN across DeliveryChargesService and OrdersService.
Unified Rule Engine: Standardized shipping fee calculation so India is evaluated through active database rules, weight/amount slabs, and currency conversion identically to other countries.
Safe Fallback Handling: Maintained consistent fallback to defaultInternationalCharge when country-specific rules are absent or country-wise configuration is disabled.

Form Data Persistence: Added draft state caching to localStorage for delivery details, billing address, and payment method to prevent data loss on page refreshes.
Checkout UI & Theme Modernization: Redesigned checkout form with a matte dark aesthetic (bg-[#121214], border-[#27272a]), eliminating harsh blue highlights and applying non-glowing gold/yellow accents.
12-Column Responsive Layout: Restructured desktop layout with a 7-column form and 5-column sticky Order Summary card with product thumbnails, item counts, and live pricing.
Header & Category Bar Clearance: Resolved layout collision by increasing top padding and sticky offsets to prevent content from hiding underneath the fixed navigation header.
Loaders & Skeletons Consistency: Harmonized dark theme styling across GlobalLoader, loader.css, ProductsListingSkeleton, and ProductDetailsSkeleton.
