Redesigned the Ticket Details modal to be fully responsive and professional (mobile bottom-sheet layout, color-coded status/priority badges, icon-labeled fields, always-visible ticket details section). Added a new "Worker Notes" column to the ticket table showing the latest internal note with a hover tooltip listing all notes and their timestamps, plus a dedicated icon in that same column to add new notes via a standalone modal. Built a separate "Send Email / Schedule Visit" modal (triggered from the table, independent of the Ticket Details modal) with two tabs — one to email the customer directly, and one to schedule a site visit with an optional document upload that gets attached to the scheduling email. On the backend, added attachment support to customer notes, fixed a note-author population gap, and wired the mailer/email template to include attached documents. Also cleaned up the table: removed a redundant duplicate action button (Eye icon did the same thing as the chat icon), and changed the "Subject" column to show the ticket's "Description" text instead.
