- Fixed US → US FedEx rate calculation issues caused by SERVICE.UNAVAILABLE errors.
- Added proper retry handling and sandbox fallback for FedEx rate failures.
- Configured checkout to prefer FedEx rates when UPS is not configured.
- Added Orders button to each warehouse card for quick access to pending orders.
- Added pending order count badge on warehouse cards.
- Implemented dedicated Orders to Pack screen instead of a modal.
