Added left/right arrow navigation and dot indicators to the material photo shown in the order dialog, so admins can page through all uploaded images for an item instead of seeing just one. Arrows are always visible on the image (disabled/dimmed when there's only one photo) and read from the existing images[] array already supported by the provider portal.
Superadmin Platform Fee panel — text encoding fix
Fixed four instances of garbled characters (â€", â†') in the fee description and helper text that were literally baked into the source file as mis-encoded UTF-8, replacing them with proper em dashes and arrows.
Bulk menu upload — soft-delete duplicate bug fix
Fixed a bug where bulk-uploading menu items would silently skip any item whose name matched a previously deleted item. Deletion is a soft-delete (isDeleted: true), but the bulk-upload duplicate check didn't exclude soft-deleted rows when checking for existing names, so deleted items falsely counted as "still existing" and blocked re-adding them.
